• Phone number

We also collect information you provide when using the app, such as project interactions and document views.

• To provide access to your construction project portal
• To send project updates and notifications
• To process invoice payments via Square
• To communicate with you about your project

3. Payment Information

Payments are processed by Square, Inc. SESPECA does not store credit card numbers or payment credentials. All payment data is handled by Square under their PCI-compliant infrastructure.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Supabase — secure database hosting
• Square — payment processing
• Resend — email delivery

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained for the duration of your project and up to 3 years after project completion for legal and warranty purposes.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at info@sespeca.com.

7. Security

We use industry-standard encryption and secure infrastructure to protect your data. All connections use HTTPS/TLS.
